Alpha Why

AI HELPERS F1 — "Why did my bot trade / not trade on this date?" Runs the deterministic rule trace (engine's explain_signal, no AI) for this deployed alpha's spec/symbols on date, then an AI plain-English narration of that real trace. AI off/unavailable → the trace still returns with a null narration (still useful). Owner/desk-pair scoped (404 cross-desk); defaults to the data horizon when no date is given.
