Alpha Graduation Route

Where this deployed alpha sits on the graduation ladder (read-only): backtested → paper-live → paper-proven → real-eligible, each naming its next gate in plain words.

Read this ONCE when you want to know progression — it is NOT a wait-loop. Read-only and derived: it READS the graded verdict + confidence + the live paper record (divergence) and decides progression — it NEVER changes a verdict, EV, or any engine number. real-eligible is a v2 LABEL only; real-money deploy is not built. Owner/desk-pair scoped (404 cross-desk).
