Claim Memory Consolidation

A memory worker claims its job: mints the lease + returns the callback secret.

The tenant-scoped callback secret is derived (never stored, never the master secret) and handed over on this SigV4-signed response, so the one-shot worker can both sign and prove ownership of its status callbacks.
