Repository Graph

The repository's promoted build's node-link graph, for the frontend graph view.

When graph_presign_enabled (Path B) the response is a short-TTL presigned S3 GET ({"url", "expiresIn"}) the browser fetches directly, so the graph never transits the control plane; otherwise the graph body is proxied. limit is accepted and wired through but NOT enforced on the proxy path.
