Autofix Run Status

An autofix worker reporting progress or its terminal outcome.

Authenticated by the job token (InternalWorker) + the HMAC over the tenant's derived callback secret. Idempotent by sequence. On a terminal ready with outcome == "drafted" the drafted PR is directly enqueued for review (draft PRs are not auto-reviewed by the webhook path -- Gap A). The Opus-tier drafting agent's LLM usage is metered on the (applied) terminal event.
