Get Profile Metrics

Badges, weekly performance and the activity ranking for the signed-in user.

Split from /profile so the page can refresh the metrics card without re-reading the whole profile, and kept OFF /usage because that endpoint is workspace-scoped while this is personal. null when achievements are dark or the read degrades.
