Ask History

The tenant's recent Ask questions + answers, newest first (Ask history).

Gated at REPOS_READ (any repo reader in the workspace). Returns an empty page while ask_history_enabled is off (the feature is dark) rather than a 404, so the dashboard can call it unconditionally and simply render nothing. repository_id optionally narrows to one repo; cursor is a row offset for "load more".
