Reconcile Lifecycle Emails

Lifecycle-email drip: welcome, day-3 and day-5 nudges, then a Pro pitch (day 7).

Idempotent + best-effort, and a STRICT no-op unless armed AND graphify-email is configured -- safe on the ~60s tick like the other reconcilers. Each nudge is sent at most once per user (unique lifecycle_email row claimed before the send).
