Approve an external destination

Allow the organisation's workflows to reach one destination. Org admin only.

value is an exact host (api.hubspot.com), .hubspot.com for its subdomains, or stdio:<command> for a local MCP command. 400 when it is already approved. Whether workflows are actually held to the list is a platform setting: see GET /voice/workflow-connections/enforcement.
