Create a text file in a collection from pasted content

SPENDS CREDITS. Stores the pasted text as a .txt file in the collection and indexes it for retrieval - the indexing embeds the text against a paid model, which is why this is billable like reindex.

Voice binds this body as FORM fields (org_id, folder_path, filename, text_content); the JSON here is re-encoded, with the organisation taken from the key. Given a filename with no extension, voice appends .txt.
