Decline an inbound call arriving during a dialer session

The dialer's own decline, for a call that interrupts a session.

Separate from /voice/inbound-calls/decline because the identifier is different - a dialer call id, not a room name - and so is the effect: the rep stays in their session rather than returning to the idle queue.
