SPENDS CREDITS. Stores the video and transcribes it, which runs a paid speech model over the whole recording. Voice checks the container type (415 otherwise). Stored under org / user_id / folder_path / filename.

Open-shaped: voice adds fields to these bodies on its own release cadence and a dropped-or-added key must not be a 500 in this service.
