Extract a LinkedIn profile to seed a twin

SPENDS CREDITS. Enriches a LinkedIn profile URL into the headline, current position, employment history and education a twin is seeded from. Reaches a paid enrichment provider on your behalf, so it is tiered billable.

Voice binds linkedin_url as a FORM field; the JSON body here is re-encoded as form data. Voice answers {"success": false, "error": ...} with a 200 when the profile cannot be extracted - read success.

A two-segment LITERAL under /voice/twins, declared before the /twins/{agent_id} routes; test_voice_stage2_api.py proves it resolves and that /twins/<id> still reaches its shipped handler.
