READ-ONLY. A POST because the filter set is too wide for a query string.

Tiered read by an explicit entry in READ_ONLY_POST_ROUTES, the same call already made for POST /analytics/dialer/grading/search - otherwise a POST derives write and a read-only key could not search its own call history.

org_id is stripped from the body and pinned from the key.
