Redeem Referral

Called after signup when a ref code was in the URL.

Loop 6 Finding #L6-48 (HIDDEN GEM, CRITICAL): previously this just wrote a bare referrals row with no depth, parent, or chain_label — and the award_referral_arc(...) call was missing entirely. Referrers weren't getting their promised ARC payout, the chain label the UI displays on /referrer-preview was never populated, and the referrer email never fired. Full logic now ported from the shadow routes/users.py.

Loop 6 Finding #L6-14 fix is preserved: the INSERT is guarded WHERE NOT EXISTS so double-tap "Apply code" during onboarding doesn't credit the referrer twice.
