Get User Profile

Get current user profile. Auto-creates full account row on first visit if needed.

Anon→user promotion (May 2026 — closes the claim lifecycle): SignInPage hits this endpoint immediately after Clerk sign-in completes. If the request carries an X-Anon-ID header (set globally by frontend api.js), we attempt to attach any pending claim drafts created by that anon session to the freshly-resolved user. This is the single hook point that promotes submitted_anon claim rows → submitted, populating claimant_id so the row becomes visible in the admin queue. Best-effort: failure does not block profile resolution.
