Get My Joined Activities

Get activities the current user has joined or is interested in.

Loop 6 Finding #L6-50 (HIDDEN GEM): previously this returned only ATTENDING participants. The shadow routes/users.py version included INTERESTED as well, accepted a limit param, and returned richer rows (city, end_time, rally fields, cover_url fallback, user_status). Used by the LFC activity picker on Home; the old response was too narrow and the picker showed fewer options than intended.
