Get My Referral

Returns the user's referral code, invite URL, and counts.

2026-04-28 Wave 1 stabilisation: previously this 500'd in production because either users.ref_code or the referrals table is not yet present in the live schema (depending on environment). Wrapped each side in its own try/rollback so the endpoint always returns a valid envelope. Frontend gets the same shape; missing pieces just show 0.
