Mention Search

Autocomplete for @-mentions in comments. Returns up to 10 mentionable users for the given activity, prefix-matching on handle or first_name.

Auth required: only signed-in users can trigger notifications, so the endpoint is gated. Caller is not required to be a participant — someone typing a comment might be the creator replying to their own activity, or a participant replying in their own thread.

Query params: activity_id: UUID of the activity whose thread is being commented on q: prefix to match against handle/first_name (case-insensitive)
