Complete user onboarding — full accounts only.

Loop 6 Finding #L6-47 (HIDDEN GEM, CRITICAL): this endpoint was missing FIVE things that existed in the shadow routes/users.py:

  1. Defensive try/except around home_location geometry write — Supabase pgbouncer can fail on geography writes and kill onboarding.
  2. is_minor recomputation from date_of_birth — minors who turned 18 stayed flagged as minors and age-gated features never unlocked.
  3. 30-day premium trial grant — every new user was missing their trial.
  4. 50 ARC signup bonus + 25 ARC profile-complete bonus — unlocked on verification. New users weren't getting their welcome credit.
  5. 90-day verification deadline — so no "please verify" nudge logic had a deadline to measure against. All five are now ported.
