Update Privacy

Update the current user's privacy settings.

Loop 6 Finding #L6-52 (HIDDEN GEM, CRITICAL): previously this only handled profile_visibility. The shadow routes/users.py version handled four additional privacy controls that the frontend still emits:

  • incognito_mode (gated to premium/founding/admin)
  • comment_analytics_opt_in (MINOR-EXCLUSION enforced server-side)
  • location_sharing_enabled
  • friend_discoverable Users couldn't toggle incognito through the UI because this endpoint silently dropped the value. Minors could theoretically have bypassed the comment-analytics opt-out if the frontend was permissive. All four controls are now handled, with the minor gate enforced at the API layer.
