Get My Food Stall Status

Ownership signal for the food-stall / "My Food Listings" cockpit entry.

Returns the counts the FE needs to decide whether to surface the "Food Stall" card in the profile menu. We do NOT want to show that card to every user — only to creators who have actually started a food listing — otherwise the cockpit accumulates noise.

2026-05-21 — Added alongside the food-first wizard so the cockpit only surfaces "My Food Listings" to creators who've used it. Counts are computed on-demand (no caching) since both tables are tiny per-user and the endpoint is only called when the profile menu opens. If it becomes hot we can cache in Redis with a 60s TTL.

Response shape: { "enabled": bool, # show the cockpit entry? "places_count": int, # food-typed places this user owns/submitted "offers_count": int, # active food specials/events this user owns "total_listings": int # places + offers, for the cockpit sub-line }

enabled is the headline boolean — true iff the user has at least one food listing of any kind, OR explicit vendor_stall_enabled flag on the user row. The FE checks enabled and ignores the counts if it doesn't need to render a sub-line.
