Response

Matches with 0-100 confidence score and level (forte/possible/faible), matched alias, source list, regime, birth year, plus the inventory of loaded lists — each with its entry count, publication date and precision_publication saying whether that date is the upstream official publication or Sirenic's ingestion date (OFAC publishes none). Never a bare yes/no. Carries the common provenance[] envelope (states and reading rules: GET /v1/lecture, free).
