Latvian company legal events (Uzņēmumu reģistrs)

Latvian company legal events from the official Uzņēmumu reģistrs open data (CC0, daily photo): liquidations and terminations (incl. by court or VID), mergers, acquisitions, divisions and transformations with the other company's number, VID suspensions, securing measures with the registering institution. Closed-list types plus source code and wording; a known company with no event gets aucun_evenement: true. Legal persons only: IK, sole traders and unrecognised forms get 404, not billed.
