New BODACC announcements since a date (poll-mode surveillance)
Company changes monitoring for a French company: the new official BODACC gazette announcements published SINCE a given date (?depuis=YYYY-MM-DD) — the poll endpoint for watchlist and portfolio surveillance. Returns the new announcements (insolvency, deregistration, sales, filings, changes) in reverse-chronological order. Note: detects new BODACC publications, not field-level edits of the Sirene/RNE profile (the monthly stock keeps no history).

Query parameters
List announcements published on or after this day. Accepts YYYY-MM-DD (a real date), or a full ISO 8601 timestamp (offset Z, ±HH:MM, ±HHMM or none, read as UTC): only its UTC day is kept. Echoed in depuis.
Response
New BODACC announcements since depuis (reverse-chronological, with famille, type and role — sujet, partie_citee or indetermine), nombre/nombre_total, a truncation flag, and changements_fiche.disponible=false (the monthly stock keeps no history). denomination is the Sirene legal name, with denomination_source (sirene | bodacc_derniere_annonce). A SIREN with no new announcement returns an empty list (still 200).
