Search BODACC legal announcements by criteria (family, date window, department)

Search French BODACC legal announcements by CRITERIA, not by company: pick a family (insolvency proceedings, deregistrations, sales, incorporations, accounts filings, conciliation...), a date window and optionally a department. Answers questions like: which companies entered insolvency proceedings in department 59 this week? Up to 100 announcements, newest first, each with its SIREN, court, town and structured judgment. Sole traders are excluded (their name is personal data) and counted.

famille'dpc' | 'modification' | 'creation' | 'radiation' | 'collective' | 'vente' | 'immatriculation' | 'divers' | 'conciliation' | 'retablissement_professionnel' required

Announcement family (closed list: the upstream BODACC codes, not translations): collective = insolvency/collective proceedings, dpc = accounts filings (the largest family), retablissement_professionnel = professional recovery. Note that retablissement_professionnel targets SOLE TRADERS, so this endpoint serves almost nothing for it and reports them under exclues_personnes_physiques.

depuisstring required

Start of the publication window. Required: there is no unbounded search. Accepts YYYY-MM-DD (a real date), or a full ISO 8601 timestamp (offset Z, ±HH:MM, ±HHMM or none, read as UTC): only its UTC day is kept. Echoed in criteres.depuis.

jusqu_astring

Optional end of the window. The window may not exceed 366 days. Accepts YYYY-MM-DD (a real date), or a full ISO 8601 timestamp (offset Z, ±HH:MM, ±HHMM or none, read as UTC): only its UTC day is kept. Echoed in criteres.jusqu_a.

departementstring

Optional French department code: 01-95, 2A, 2B, 971-978.

Response

Up to 100 announcements, newest first (dateparution DESC): BODACC id, publication date, family, notice type (initial / rectificative / cancellation), court, town, postcode, department, a STRUCTURED judgment (nature, date, family), the company SIREN when registered, the public BODACC URL. ⚠️ The judgment's operative FREE TEXT is removed: it names court-appointed administrators with their address; facts only in it (e.g. the cessation-of-payments date) are NOT here: follow url_bodacc, or GET /v1/entreprise/{siren}/alertes for one company. tronque: true says servable announcements were left out (over 100, or window not fully read): narrow it. exclues_personnes_physiques counts those withheld because a natural person is PROVEN in them (personal data); exclues_type_indetermine those withheld because the person type was unreadable (fail-closed, never counted as sole traders). The served total is ours, after those filters, never the upstream count; up to 5 pages are read for 100 servable ones (listes_bornees). An announcement is not a verdict: the insolvency family also holds closures and cancellations; read the CURRENT state with GET /v1/entreprise/{siren}/alertes or GET /v1/score/defaillance/{siren}.
