Danish company officers (CVR, Erhvervsstyrelsen, live): management bodies and mandates

Danish company officers (deltagere), live from the CVR register (Erhvervsstyrelsen), for governance and KYB: executive board (Direktion), board members (Bestyrelse) incl. deputies, election method, fully liable I/S or K/S partners and auditors: name, body, role, mandate dates. Active mandates by default; inclure_anciens=true adds ended ones, where founders (stiftere) usually are. GDPR: never an address or personal identifier. Sole proprietorship or undecided CVR form: 404, not billed.

Response

Registered mandates: name, participant type, body (Direktion, Bestyrelse, Interessenter, Revision, Stiftere), role, election method and dates. Active mandates by default; an empty list for a known company is a fact of the register. The listing is capped at 300 active and 200 ended mandates: tronque is true when the cap bites, while nombre_mandats_en_cours and nombre_anciens_mandats always give the exact registered counts. Ownership register not served here, beneficial owners not exposed by this access. GDPR minimisation: no address, no personal identifier.
