Public procurement of a Spanish company from the Plataforma de Contratación del Sector Público (Ministry of Finance CODICE feeds: hosted profiles and regional platforms since 2012, minor contracts since 2018): contracts WON by legal-person NIF (buyer name and DIR3, subject, CPV, lot, result, award date, EUR amounts, bids, SME flag) and notices ISSUED as a buyer; minor contracts in their own lists; newest 100 per list. Never a natural-person winner. Reuse under the ministry's conditions.

attributions[] newest first, tenders only (dossier: id, flux, expediente, lien, statut, objet, type_contrat, procedure, cpv[], nuts, budget_ht_eur, acheteur {nom, dir3, nif, type, hierarchie}; lot, resultat, date_attribution, montant_ht_eur, montant_ttc_eur, offres_recues, pme, gagnant), nombre_attributions, valeur_totale_ht_eur, tronque_attributions, aucune_attribution, avis_emis[] (as buyer); minor contracts in their own lists: contrats_mineurs[] (won, same fields, flux menores), valeur_contrats_mineurs_ht_eur (summed over all of them, before the cut), contrats_mineurs_passes[] (as buyer, only those won by a legal person); listes_bornees {attributions, avis_emis, contrats_mineurs, contrats_mineurs_passes: {nombre_total, tronque}}, newest 100 of each served; blocs_absents [{bloc, raison: collecte_en_cours, message}] while minor contracts are not yet collected (both lists absent, neither served nor empty); stock {depuis, dernier_mis_a_jour, flux {licitaciones, agregadas, menores: {dernier_mis_a_jour, depuis}}} for each open feed; provenance (as_of: the feeds of a block complete up to then).
