Estonian registry rulings (määrused): striking-off and dissolution warnings, fines, entries

Estonian registry rulings (määrused): early warning from the e-Business Register open data (RIK, CC BY 4.0, daily national photo): entries, remedy orders, striking-off/dissolution WARNINGS, annual-report fines, dated. alerte flags a CLOSED type list (rest in types_non_qualifies); nombre_alertes excludes only rulings explicitly resolved (etat_code=L), every other state still counts. A still-registered entity with no ruling gets a dated positive answer. Legal persons only (FIE: 404, not billed).

Response

Registry rulings newest first, Estonian codes and labels as published, with an alerte flag over the closed list returned in types_alerte (striking-off / compulsory-dissolution warnings and annual-report fines). nombre_alertes counts every qualified ruling EXCEPT those whose etat_code is explicitly known as resolved (currently L only): such a ruling keeps alerte: true on its own line but is not counted, while every other state (J, K, or a code never seen before) still counts, fail-closed on the unknown. types_non_qualifies lists the rule types this entity has that are outside the closed list, so a 0 is never read as “no warning”. aucune_ordonnance: true is a positive fact, served only for an entity still registered and only on a fresh photo; the photo actually served is dated in photo_le / ingere_le. Refreshed DAILY.
