Latvian company public procurement (IUB)
Public-procurement record of a Latvian company from the IUB (Iepirkumu uzraudzības birojs) daily open-data notices (CC0, e-forms since 2023-10-25): contracts WON (buyer, subject, CPV, contract reference, value in EUR, dates, status) and notices ISSUED as a buyer, newest first, with totals. About 3% of Latvian winners are published with no identifier: zero is a non-conclusive absence. Facts, not a score. Legal persons only: IK, sole traders and unrecognised forms get 404, not billed.

CC0 attribution; never a natural-person winner.
