Full company file in ONE call: pick your blocks, pay only for those

Full French company file in ONE call: identity is the base, then add the blocks you want and pay only for those — etablissements, alertes_bodacc, contentieux, finances, marches_publics, marches_publics_ue, lobbying, risques_industriels, agrements, pi, documents, facturation_prep, score. Example: blocs=finances,pi,score. Each block costs what its own endpoint costs, total capped at $0.35. A block that cannot be served is NAMED with its reason: no data, not disclosable, or upstream outage.

Comma-separated blocks added to the identity base: etablissements, alertes_bodacc, contentieux, finances, marches_publics, marches_publics_ue, lobbying, risques_industriels, agrements, pi, documents, facturation_prep, score. Each is billed at its own endpoint's price, on top of the $0.005 base, total capped at $0.35; duplicates billed once. An unknown name: 400, nothing charged. Required: no implicit 'everything', so no surprise amount.

Response

The identity base (same content as GET /v1/entreprise/{siren}), then one key per block served under blocs. blocs_absents lists each requested block not served, with a reason from a CLOSED list: aucune_donnee (negative answer: no patents, no public contracts), non_diffusible (partial Sirene diffusion / GDPR guard), non_couvert (not a proven legal person), panne_amont (upstream register down at call time) or identite_incomplete (score and facturation_prep not served; caveat in identite.blocs_absents). resume counts them. If no requested block is served and one is panne_amont, the call returns 503 (a retry may serve it); else if one is identite_incomplete, 404 identite_incomplete; neither is charged. A DUMP of facts: no verdict, no prose (that is GET /v1/intelligence/{siren}).
