FREE: what each `provenance[].source_code` of a paid response means

Join table of the provenance block of paid responses, per stable source_code: official register name, nom_court (used by citation; official registers only), authority, country, mode (stock / temps_reel / calcul), licence code, register URL, empreinte_servie (entries carry provenance[].empreinte_sha256); closed vocabularies of mode and precision_as_of. provenance[].version is the version recorded at load, a free string, not always a day: a month, a year, a timestamp, or the instant of the collection pass when no upstream date could be read.
