Statutory auditors are not screened: listed in criblage_sanctions.cibles_ecartees with the reason. contentieux block (since 2026-09-24), as risques.contentieux of /v1/intelligence: decisions linked to the company (Judilibre open data, partial coverage), full counts, the 20 most recent with official links, the cut stated; full list: GET /v1/entreprise/{siren}/contentieux. Zero decisions is absence_non_conclusive, never « no litigation »; a sole proprietorship or a restricted-diffusion entity gets couvert: false, outside the completeness score; a stock outage is indisponible, counted missing.
