Director transactions and insider transactions at Belgian and German listed companies — managers transactions (directors' dealings) under MAR Article 19, as notified to the FSMA and BaFin: are the company's managers buying or selling? Issuer-level aggregate over a rolling 12 months — counts, gross buy and sell amounts, net flow, breakdown by declarer category, and the underlying notifications. BE: 10-digit enterprise number. DE: LEI or ISIN. No individual is ever named.

Start date (default: rolling 12 months). Accepts YYYY-MM-DD (a real date), or a full ISO 8601 timestamp (offset Z, ±HH:MM, ±HHMM or none, read as UTC): only its UTC day is kept. Echoed in periode.depuis. Never earlier than five years back: notifications are kept five years at most after publication, then deleted; a request reaching further is bounded, and the response says so (periode.depuis_demande, periode.borne = conservation_cinq_ans, block partiel).

Response

Aggregate for the issuer: notification counts (buys, sells, and autre for notifications that are neither), gross buy/sell amounts, net flow, distinct declarer count, breakdown by declarer category, and the underlying notifications (type, instrument, venue, price, amount, date). Amounts in currencies other than EUR are counted but excluded from the EUR totals, never converted. Germany publishes an average price and an aggregated volume, never a share count (quantite is null there). No individual is named; the category breakdown is withheld below 3 distinct declarers, since it would single someone out. collecte_incomplete: incomplete days (lower-bound counts). listes_bornees.notifications (100 latest).
