Search French associations by name (RNA)

Up to 20 matches: rna, titre, position, code_postal, commune, date_creation, siren (when confirmed), fichier_source, score_confiance (0-1), correspondance (the ORDER before the score): identifiant (RNA number typed), debut_du_titre (title starts with q), then mots_similaires (fuzzy: typos, inverted words; only if the first stage returns under 20). Filters apply first; each stage compares at most 3000 filtered titles, newest first at debut_du_titre (undated last, then RNA number), closest first at mots_similaires (trigram distance). total_results counts the typed RNA number (served even if filtered out) and the filtered titles of the stages run, not the 20 served (listes_bornees); a lower bound if a stage finds more or is abandoned, named with its reason in note_completude (resultats_partiels: true). etages_abandonnes (always present, [] = none) names a stage over the 6s call budget or failing in the database, answer still served. No match = 200, empty list.
