List Sentry Projects

Lists Sentry projects for the team's connected organization. 404 if no active integration exists (Flask 404s cleanly here, unlike GET /sentry). Matches Flask's two-branch exception handling exactly (design spec §6.4): a known SentryIntegrationException (non-200 from Sentry) surfaces its real text; anything else gets a generic message. NEITHER branch deactivates the integration -- unlike Trello's board-listing endpoint (Tier 3), Flask never deactivates Sentry on a projects-listing failure. Do not port that deactivation behavior here.
