Get Sentry

Returns the team's active Sentry integration, or a null-heavy shell (200, not 404) if none exists. Deliberate divergence from Flask (design spec §4): Flask's own Sentry.get returns bare None on no-integration, and its @api.response(SentrySchema()) wrapper turns that into an unhandled 500 (the same Flask framework bug found for Trello's GET /trello, Tier 3) -- this port returns a clean shell instead, matching that precedent.
