Completes the Linear OAuth flow. Team-scoped, matching Notion/GitHub/Asana's activate shape. Before touching this integration's own row, best-effort cleans up any OTHER Linear integration for the same app that still has a live webhook -- cross-integration API cleanup during activation, new to this tier.
