Say something to Rooster about a playbook. Persists your turn and returns.

Calls no model. Rooster is a Goose agent on Frederick's own subscription, dispatched by the local worker, so his reply lands on the conversation a moment later and the page polls for it. This used to hold the request open across an Anthropic call and, with no key configured, answered as a stub introducing itself as one.
