What is actually pricing our leads right now.

⛔THIS ROUTE EXISTS SO THE UNSET STATE IS VISIBLE. Stage E's instruction is to build the band mechanism and leave the values unset visibly; a band table that is empty and unmentioned is indistinguishable from one nobody has looked at. pricing_basis names which of the two rules is deriving lead values, and awaiting says whose numbers are missing.
