Delete Lead

Take a lead off the board.

Frederick, 2026-08-21: "I have no way to delete a lead. I should be able to delete a lead. I'm an admin... I should be able to do it." There was no endpoint at all, so a board that could only be added to filled with test rows and mistakes, each one permanently in the denominator of every pipeline number.
