List Originators
Who a lead may be attributed to, and what kind each is.
Backs the "where did this lead come from" slot on the create form. Deliberately not the staff list: offering everybody is how a lead ends up originated by whoever typed it in.
kind is salesperson / partner / machine, and note says in plain words what a non-person one IS -- "Rooster (went out and found it)", "Inbound (they came to us)". Both machines share a kind, so the note is the only thing that tells them apart on screen, which is exactly the distinction Frederick asked for: "one designation for Rooster going out and finding a lead, another designation for a lead finding us."
None of it decides a payment. Commission is computed from contract_terms (finance/commissions.py), which never reads lead attribution -- see 0237. A house_account boolean used to live here saying otherwise; it was a restatement of kind != salesperson rendered as the literal words "(house account)", and it is gone.
