Somebody pointed us at somebody else -- typed in by a human here, parsed out of a reply by Rooster elsewhere. Both land as 'pending'.

Returns duplicate rather than an error when this name is already an open referral at this account: two people naming the same warden is one rung, and the second person to say it has not done anything wrong.
