Bounces

SendGrid Event Webhook target: a JSON array of event objects (bounce, dropped, spamreport, unsubscribe, delivered, open, click, ...). Always 200s on a well-formed POST once the secret checks out -- a non-200 here would make SendGrid retry-storm a request whose events were already durably recorded (see process_bounce_events).
