Update Deal

Edit a deal -- price and ADP above all. stage is not editable here: moving is POST /deals/{id}/move, losing is /lose.

⛔ATTRIBUTION IS GATED ABOVE sales:write, same as update_lead and the same reason (F1, Fable's third review of #2345, 2026-09-26): who set up the meeting decides commission (R-476/Q2), so the person paid on it must not be the one who can rewrite it. Frederick, 2026-08-22: "I can correct anyone's that need to be corrected" -- this is the DEAL side of that; the lead route above already had it.
