Zoominfo Enrich

Retrieve business emails for chosen candidates and write what checks out.

THIS IS THE STEP THAT SPENDS. Each person is re-searched first so the enrichment can be checked against a searched title -- an enrichment with nothing to check against is refused rather than trusted, because the vendor's own FULL_MATCH and success count are not evidence that the person is ours.

An accepted enrichment never overwrites an existing email or a human-set field. Every attempt, accepted or refused, lands in contact_enrichments.
