Preparation only (F60.3); requires manage scope and current ownership of the custom preview and its agent/service. Always refuses with HTTP 503 / PREVIEW_SHARING_UNAVAILABLE after admission. No accepted creation payload, token, link, grant, domain write or ingress command exists. Configuration or an advertised capability cannot enable this entry. Shared access requires server and effective ingress enforcement of expiry and revocation, explicit consent and separate physical proofs.
