Disconnect git auto-deploy

Turns auto-deploy off on our side immediately — further pushes are rejected (the token / signature no longer matches).

For a GitHub one-click hook, supply the PAT again to also DELETE the webhook from your repo (keeps Settings → Webhooks clean); without it, only the local switch flips. For a manual webhook, remove it yourself in your provider's webhook settings.

Idempotent: disconnect on an already-disconnected deployment returns 200 noop.
