Preparation only (F60.3); requires read scope and current ownership of an existing custom preview and its agent/service. Always reports available=false and server_protocol_ready=false. This response is not a share link and does not grant access. Existing preview protection is unchanged. preview-sharing-v1 is a reserved protocol, not a capability implemented by the current agent. No secrets or destination are returned.
