Read a custom deployment's environment variables

Returns the deployment's env vars split into what you own and what the platform owns:

  • vars — your variables, editable.
  • managed — set by the platform (DOMAIN_URL, HOST_PORT, …). Read only; they are how the reverse proxy and the container agree on a route.
  • managed_keys — the full list of names the platform reserves.

Values that look like secrets come back masked. Round-tripping a masked value through POST is safe: the mask token is read as "unchanged", so you can edit one variable without knowing the others.
